You can perform this for numerous keyword searches. One method is to search for several keywords and grasp the RSS feed for that twitter search result. Another method is to insert some feeds to your RSS reader, each for a dissimilar keyword. You could cluster many feeds into a single folder In Google Reader. Then observe all of the feeds in that single folder at once to see a well mixed list of related individuals to follow on Twitter.
